The 77th Independence Day was celebrated very pleasantly by all Vidyalaya Institutions at the Maruthi College of Physical Education premises on 15.08.2023. The programme was presided over by Swami Garishthananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya Institutions, who was the Chief Guest of the Day and hoisted the tricolour National Flag. Following the programme, Swami Anapekshananda, Secretary of the College, hoisted the National Flag at the Aided Wing, and Dr. K. Kandappan, Dean, Students Support Services (Unaided Wing), hoisted the flag at the Unaided Wing, respectively. The National Anthem was sung, and the celebration ended fruitfully with the distribution of sweets. Students and faculty members of our College participated in this function.
