The Department of Computer Studies, (Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology) of our College organized KNOCK IT 2024 on 06.03.2024 at G.K.D Auditorium with the aim of manifesting the talents of the college students. Swami Anapekshananda, Secretary of the College, presided over the function. Dr. R. Sridhar, Director, welcomed the gathering. Swami Baktivratananda, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, delivered the felicitation address on the occasion. In his address he highlighted the students to build their self-confidence, perseverance, and moral courage to achieve their goals in the techno-centric world.
As a part of KNOCK IT 2024, the following events were conducted at two levels, i.e., preliminary level and final level: Code Cracker (Top Coder), Untangle (Debugging), Dezcard (Poster Design), Compu-u-Verbatim (Word Hunt), Quiz Buzz (Technical Quiz), Mimic (Mime). Certificate and Prizes were distributed to the winners of each event by Swami Anapekshananda, Secretary. The overall championship was won by the students of Jain University. Dr. N. Kamaraj, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Information Technology, proposed formal Vote of thanks. As many as 162 students took part in the programme from 17 colleges.
